My Belief
I began my journey as an educator before building a team to support the businesses of those who came to learn with me. From the beginning, my intention was simple: whenever we work together, our businesses should have the opportunity to grow together.
Working both as an educator and a hands-on business practitioner allowed me to see the gap between the people doing the work and those responsible for the bigger picture. Since then, I have focused on bringing both sides closer together, helping teams understand one another and move toward the same business goals.
